Don't judge man by his views:

Regulations regarding the size of signs are not sufficient Such municipal bodies should employ graphic artists of high caliber or architects with an extensive knowledge of lettering. The appearance of cities, particularly of cities that are being renewed, would then be improved noticeably in a few years.
